RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $8,935. 10
ACCUMULATED SICK LEAVE AND VACATION PAY TO
ALBERT F. JENNINGS AN EMPLOYEE OF THE FIRE
DEPARTMENT IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
WHEREAS, on the 30th day of June, 1980, Albert F . Jennings
retired as an employee of the Fire Department in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Albert F. Jennings, has accumulated 196 d
sick leave ays of
and is entitled to payment for same, and
WHEREAS, Albert F. Jennings has earned g a and is entitled to
11 z twenty four hour days vacation pay, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that Albert F . Jennings be paid the total sum of $8, 935. 10
being payment in full for above mentioned sick leave
and earned
vacation, and that the Finance Director be, and he is hereby,
authorized,empowered and ordered to draw a warrent accordingly
for said sum and deliver the same to Albert F. Jennings.
Passed and adopted by City Council on the 7th day of July,
1980, approved by the Mayor on the 9th day of July, 1980,
