RESOLUTION .APPROVING PAYMENT OF $3, 907.86
ACCUMULATED SICK LEAVE AND VACATION PAY TO
JAMES McC OOL RETIREE OF THE HOUSING IN-
SPECTION DEPARTMENT IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA.
WHEREAS, on the 26th day June, 1980, James McCool retired
as an employee of the Housing Inspection Department in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, James McCool has accumulated 433 hours of sick
leave and is entitled to payment for same, and
WHEREAS, James McCool has earned and is entitled to 140
hours vacation pay, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that James McCool be paid the total sum of $3, 907 .86 being
payment in full for above mentioned sick leave and earned vacat-
ion, and that the Finance Director be, and he is hereby, auth-
orized , empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for
said sum and deliver the same to James McCool .
Passed and adopted by City Council on the 7th day of July,
1980, approved by the Mayor on the 9th day of July, 1980.
