RESOLUTION .APPROVING PAYMENT OF $6, 211.49
ACCUMULATED SICK LEAVE AND V.AC.ATION PAY TO
WILFRED W. 0' BRYON AS AN EMPLOYEE OF HEALTH
AND SANITATION IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
WHEREAS, on the 24th day of July, 1980, Wilfred W. O'Bryon
retired as an employee of Health and Sanitation in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Wilfred W. O'Bryon has accumulated 632.4 hours of
sick leave and is entitled to payment for same, and
WHEREAS, Wilfred W. O'Bryon has earned and is entitled to
240 hours vacation pay, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Wilfred W. OtBryon be paid the total sum of $6, 211.49 being
payment in full for above mentioned sick leave and earned vacat-
ion, and that the Finance Director be, and he is hereby, authoriz-
ed , empowered and ordered to draw a warrent accordingly for said
sum an,;] deliver the same to Wilfred W. O' Bryon.
Passed and adopted by City Council on the 7th day of July,
1980 approved by the Mayor on the 9th day of July, 1980.
