RESOLUTION .APPROVING PAYMENT OF $3, 248.07
ACCUMULATED SICK LEAVE .AND VACATION PAY TO
ERHART PETERSEN RETIREE OF PARK DEPARTMENT
IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
WHEREAS, on the 26th day of June, 1980, Erhart Petersen
retired as an employee of the Park Department in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Erhart Petersen has accumulated 454 3/4 hours
of sick leave and is entitled to payment for same, and
WHEREAS, Erhart Petersen has earned and is entitled to
60 hours vacation pay, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOW.A, that Erhart Petersen be paid the total sum of $3, 248.07
being payment in full for above mentioned sick leave and earned
vacation, and that the Finance Director be, and he is hereby,
authorized,empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly
for said sum and deliver the same to Erhart Petersen.
Passed and adopted by City Council on the 7th day of July,
1980, approved by the Mayor on the 9th day of July, 1980.
