RESOLUTION ,APPROVIING PAYMENT OF $7, 729.19
ACCUMULATED SICK LEAVE AND VACATION PAY TO
KENNETH R. PETERSEN, RETIREE OF THE STREET
DEPARTMENT IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
WHEREAS, on the 7th day of July, 1980, Kenneth R. Petersen
retired as an employee of the Street Department in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Kenneth R. Petersen has accumulated 797 hours of
sick leave and is entitled to payment for same, and
WHEREAS, Kenneth R. Petersen has earned and is entitled to
216 hours vacation pay, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that Kenneth R. Petersen be paid the total sum of $7, 729. 19
being payment in full for above mentioned sick leave and earned
vacation, and that the Finance Director be, and he is hereby,
authorized , empowered and ordered to draw a warrent accordingly
for said sum and deliver the same to Kenneth R. Petersen.
Passed and adopted by City Council on the 7th day of July,
1980, approved by the Mayor on the 9th day of July, 1980.
