RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR URBAN-
STATE TRAFFIC ENGINEERING PROGRAM PROJECT, AGREEMENT NO.
80-U-053, PROJECT NO. UST-20-6(30)-- 4A-07 WITH THE IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the
Urban-State Traffic Engineering Program Project, Agreement No. 80-U-053,
Project No. UST-20-6(30)--4A-07 with Iowa Department of Transportation,
dated July 14, 1980 for the construction of a New Jersey barrier curb in
the median of the curve on US 20 near Newton St. , in the City of Waterloo,
by and between the Iowa Department of Transportation, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the sme is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City
Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 14th day of July, 1980.
