RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERING CONTRACT WITH SCHE.3(
ENGINEERING FOR FY 81 SAN MARNAN FRONTAGE ROAD PAVING
PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. 208.
WHEREAS, engineering services for FY 1981 San Marnan Frontage Road Paving Program
Contract No. 208, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, are needed, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: that the
Engineering Contract dated July 14, 1980 for the FY 1981 San Marnan Frontage Road
Paving Program, Contract No. 208, by and between Schenk Engineering Co. , of Waterloo,
Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, ; e and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 14th day of July, 1980.
