A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING
ON PROPOSED PLANS , SPECIFICATIONS , FORM OF CONTRACT
AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE HACKETT ROAD SANITARY
SEWER PUMPING STATION STORAGE BASIN, CONTRACT NO.
206 IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO AND THE TAKING OF CON-
STRUCTION BIDS THEREFORE, CONTRACT NO. 206 , AS
AUGUST 4, 1980 AT 7 : 00 P.M. IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF
CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH
THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1 That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 7 ; 00 P.M. , on the 4th day of August , 1980 , for
the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans , speci-
fications , form of contract and estimate of cost for the Hackett
Road Sanitary Sewer Pumping Station Storage Basin, Contract No.
206 , in the City of Waterloo and the taking of construction bids
therefore, Contract No. 206.
Section 2 - That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
Passed and adopted this 14th day of July, 1980.
