A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING
ON PROPOSED PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS , FORM OF CONTRACT
AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE ACKERMANT AREA SEWER
AND PUMPING STATION, STAGE I IN THE CITY OF WATER-
LOO AND THE TAKING OF CONSTRUCTION BIDS THEREFORE ,
CONTRACT NO, 205 , AS AUGUST 11 , 1980 AT 7 ;00 P .M.
IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING
THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS ;
Section 1 - That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 700 P.M. , on the llth day of July, 1980 , for
the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans , speci-
fications , form of contract and estimate of cost for the Ackermant
Area Sewer and Pumping Station, Stage I in the City of Waterloo
and the taking of construction bids therefore , Contract No. 205 .
Section 2 - That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
Passed and adopted this 14th day of July, 1980 .
