Rooff Demolition Co. has proposed that the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a Special Permit for a Junk Yard Application located northeast of the intersection of Lowell and Mitchell Avenues and legally described as follows : Lots 20-32, Block 109, Riverview Addition, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa. WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on July 21, 1980 at 7:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers in City Hall , Waterloo, Iowa, as provided by law, by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, on the proposal to approve said above mentioned special permit, and WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said special permit for a junk yard application should be approved as proposed, now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the special permit for a junk application for J.L. Rooff Demolition Co. located northeast of the intersection of Lowell and Mitchell Avenues, be and the same is hereby approved.
