PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND DIRECTING ATTORNEY TO
PREPARE FORM OF CONTRACT AND NOTICE TC' BIDDERS ON
THE FY 1981 RACHAEL STREET STORM SEWER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Ralph Anderson, Engineer, is hereby ordered and dir-
ected to prepare and file with the Clerk detailed plans and
specifications for the construction of the F.Y. 1981 Rachael
Street Storm Sewer,Contract Nc • 212.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Attorney is hereby ordered
ana directed to prepare and file with the Clerk a Notice to
Bidders and form of contract for the construction of F.Y. 1981
Rachael Street Storm Sewer, Contract No. 212 .
Passed an adopted this 23th day of July, 1980 .
