RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE RE-
QUEST OF THEAFRO-A ERICAN BROADCASTING,
INC. , FOR ANAMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE NO.
2422 (CONDITIONAL ZONING) FOR AN AREA
GENERALLY LOCATED NORTH OF COTTAGE STREET
BETWEEN NORTH BARCLAY STREET AND HEWITT
STREET AS AUGUST 18, 1980, AT 7:00 P.M. IN
THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING CLERK
TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7:00 P.M. , on the 18th day of .August , 1980,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon the request of
the Afro-American Broadcasting, Inc. , for an Amendment to Or-
inance No. 2422 (Conditional Zoning) , generally located north
of Cottage Street between North Barclay and Hewitt Street , now
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
