RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ,AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE SITE
PLAN FOR MIDAS MUFFLER SHOP GENERALLY LO-
CATED ON CROSSROADS BLVD. AT CROSSROADS
SHOPPING CENTER AS AUGUST 18, 1980, AT
7:00 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS :AND IN-
STRUCTING CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7:00 P.M. , on the 18th day of .August, 1980
for the purpose of considering and acting upon a site plan for
Midas Muffler Shop, generally located on Crossroads Blvd. at
Crossroads Shopping Center, now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted the 28th day of July, 1980.
