RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR
ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE STUDY ENTITLED, "HIGHWAY
NO 63"INTERCEPTOR SEWER AND PUMPING STATION AND UP-
DATING AREAWIDE COMPREHENSIVE SANITARY SEWER STUDY
IN BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA, WITH BRICE, PETRIDES, AND
ASSOCIATES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract for Engineering Services for the study entitled
"Highway No0 63" Interceptor Sewer and Pumping Station and Up-
dating Areawide Comprehensive Sanitary Sewer Study in Black Hawk
County, Iowa, with Bride, Petrides , and Associates Inc . dated
July 23,1980 for the study entitled "Highway No . 63" Interceptor
Sewer and Pumping Station and Updating Areawide Comprehensive
Sanitary Sewer Study in Black Hawk County , Iowa, by and bet-
ween Brice, Petrides, and Associates Inc . and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City
Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
