RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PAY ESTIMATE NO. 3 DATED JUNE 30, 1980
FROM CEDAR VALLEY CORPORATION FOR WORK PERFORMED AND MATERIAL FURNISHED
FOR F. Y. 1980 PAVING PROGRAM NO. 1 CONTRACT NO. 176 AND AUTHORIZING
PAYMENT ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, Cedar Valley Corporation, Waterloo, Iowa, has performed work and furnished
material in connection with F. Y. 1980 Paving Program No. 1, Contract No. 176, in the
City of Waterloc , Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said services rendered by the said Cedar
Valley Corporaticn, as shown on Engineer' s statement dated June 30, 1980 is $92,546.00
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: That Cedar Valley
Corporation, be paid the sum of $92,546.00 being payment for the statement dated June 30,
1980, on said contract for services rendered in connection with the F. Y. 1980 Paving
Program No. 1, Contract No. 176 in the City Of Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance, Director,
be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered, and ordered to draw a warrent accordingly
for said sum and deliver the same to the said Cedar Valley Corporation, of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 28th day of July, 1980.
