RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE STATE-
MENT DATED JULY 7, 1980,FROM BRICE,PETRIDES,&
ASSOCIATES, INC0 ,FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR
DRY RUN CREEK FLOOD CONTROL WORKS,BONTRAGLR
PARK, CONTRACT NO. 99C,AND AUTHORIZING PAY-
MENT ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS,Brice,Petrides , & Associates , Inc . ,Engineers ,
Waterloo, Iowa have rendered engineering services in con-
nection with the Dry Run Creek Flood Control Works, Bontrager
Park,Contract No . 99C in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering
services , rendered by the said Brice,Petrides ,& Associates Inc .
as shown in their statement dated July 7, 1980 is $2 ,869 . 51
now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO
IOWA:
That Brice,Petrides,& Associates Inc . ,be paid the sum of
$2 ,869 . 51 being payment for the statement dated July 7 , 1980 ,
on said contract for engineering services rendered in connect-
ion with the Dry Run Creek Flood Control Works, Bontrager
Park, Contract No. 99C, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the
Finance Director, be, and he is hereby,authorized,empowered and
ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver
the same to Brice,Petrides ,& Associates ,Inc. ,of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of July, 1980 .
