PAYMENT ACCORDINGLY°
WHEREAS,Brice Petrides , & Associates ,Engineers , Waterloo
Ica have rendered engineering services in connection with the
Shaulis Road Improvements-Bridge-for State Highway 21 to re-
located U.S . Highway 218,Federal Project No. M-6470(1) --81-07
Contract No. 200 in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering
services , rendered by the said Brice, Petrides, & Associates Inc .
as shown in their statement dated July 7 , 1980 is $5, 116 .56, now,
therefore
BE IS RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Brice, Petrides , & Associates Inc . , be paid the sum of
$5, 116.56 being payment for the statement dated July 7 , 1980, on
said contract for engineering services rendered in connection
with the Shaulis Road Improvements-Bridge-for State Highway 21
to relocated U.S . Highway 218, Federal Project No. M-6470(1) --
81-07 ,Contract No. 200 , In the City of Waterloo, Iowa and the
Finance Director,be, and he is hereby,authorized, empowered and
ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver
the same to Brice, Petrides , & Associates Inc . , of Waterloo, Iowa
Passed and adopted this 28th day of July, 1980 .
