RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE STATEMENT DATED
MARCH 25 , 1980 , FROM BOOKER ASSOCIATES , INC. , ENGINEERS ,
FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR TRAFFIC SAFETY STUDY OF 30
INTERSECTIONS , AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS , Booker Associates , Inc. , Engineers , Waterloo , Iowa
have rendered engineering services in connection with the Traffic
Safety Study of 30 Intersections in the City of Waterloo , Iowa, and
WHEREAS , the amount of the cost for said engineering services ,
rendered by the said Booker Associates , Inc. , as shown in their
statement dated March 25 , 1980 is $8 ,251. 68 , now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Booker Associates , Inc. , be paid the sum of $8 , 251. 68 being
payment for the statement dated March 25 , 1980 , on said contract
for engineering services rendered in connection with the Traffic
Safety Study of 30 Intersections in the City of Waterloo , Iowa,
and the Finance Director , be , and he is hereby, authorized,
empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum
and deliver the same to Booker Associates , Inc. of Waterloo , Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 28th day of July, 1980 .
