RESOLUTION APPRGJING AND ACCEPTING THE
STATEMENT DATED MAY 31, 1980, FROM WAYNE
CLAASSEN ENGINEERING & SURVEYING, INC. ,
FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR SANS SOUCI
DRIVE SANITARY SEWER PROJECT, CONTRACT
NO. 12, AND .AUTHORIZING PAYMENT ACCORD-
INGLY.
WHEREAS, Wayne Claassen Engineering & Surveying, Inc. ,
Engineers, Waterloo, Iowa, have rendered engineering services
in connection with the Sans Souci Drive Sanitary Sewer Project ,
Contract No. 12 in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering ser-
vices, rendered by the said Wayne Claassen Engineering & Sur-
veying, Inc. , as shown in their statement dated May 31, 1980,
is $4, 328.63, now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Wayne Claassen Engineering & Surveying, Inc. , be paid the
sum of $4, 328.63 being payment for the statement dated May 31,
1980, on said contract for engineering services rendered in con-
nection with the Sans Souci Drive Sanitary Sewer Project , Con-
tract No. 12, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance
Director, be, and he is hereby, authorized , empowered and ordered
to draw a warrent accordingly for said sum and deliver the same
to Wayne Claassen Engineering & Surveying, Inc. , of Waterloo,
Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 28th day of July, 1980.
