RESOLUTION .APPRWING .AND ACCEPTING THE
STATEMENT DATED JULY 7, 1980, FROM BRICE,
PETRIDES & ASSOCIATES, INC. , ENGINEERS,FOR
ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR DRY RUN CREEK FLOOD
CONTROL WORKS, CONTRACT NO. 99A, LIBERTY PARK,
AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. , Engineers,
Waterloo, Iowa, have rendered engineering services in connect-
ion with the Dry Run Creek Flood Control Works, Contract No.
99A, Liberty Park, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering ser-
vices, rendered by the said Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. ,
as shown in their statement dated July 7, 1980, is $4, 877 .41 ,
now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. , be paid the sum of $4,
877 .41 being payment for the statement dated July 7 , 1980, on
said contract for engineering services rendered in connection
with the Dry Run Creek Flood Control Works, Contract No. 99A,
Liberty Park, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance
Director, be, and he is hereby, authorized , empowered and order-
ed to draw a warrent accordingly for said sum and deliver the
same to Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 28th day of July, 1980.
