RESOLUTION .APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE
STATEMENT DATED JULY 11, 1980, FROM BRICE,
PETRIDES & ASSOCIATES, INC. , ENGINEERS, FOR
ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR EVALUATION AND PLANN-
ING FOR THE HACKETT ROAD BYPASS, AND .AUTHORIZ-
ING PAYMENT ,ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. , Engineers,
Waterloo, Iowa, have rendered engineering services in connect-
ion with the Evaluation and Planning for the Hackett Road Bypass,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering services,
rendered by the said Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. , as shown
in their statement dated July 11, 1980, is $29, 664.75, now, there-
f ore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. , be paid the sum of $29,
664.75 being payment for the statement dated July 11, 1980, on
said contract for engineering services rendered in connection
with the Evaluation and Planning for the Hackett Road Bypass, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance Director, be, and he
is hereby, authorized , empowered and ordered to draw a warrent
accordingly for said sum and deliver the same to Brice, Petrides
& Associates, Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 28th day of July, 1980.
