RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF A SUPPLEMENTAL
CONTRACT FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF WEST RIDGEWAY
AVENUE CONTRACT NO. 165 , FEDERAL PROJECT NO. M-6500
(2) --81-07 WITH THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Supplemental Contract with Iowa Department of
Transportation, dated July 28,1980 for the Reconstruction of
West Ridgeway Avenue, Contract No . 165, Federal Project No .
M-6500(2) --81-07 in the City of Waterloo, by and between the
Iowa Department of Transportation, and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and
City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 28th day of July 1980 .
