RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $5,197.33 ACCUMULATED
SICK LEAVE AND VACATION PAY TO BILLY R. JONES RETIRED
AS AN EMPLOYEE OF FIRE DEPARTMENT IN THE CITY OF WATER-
LOO, IOWA.
WHEREAS, Qn the 4th day of August, 1980, Billy R. Jones retired as an
employee of Fire Department in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Billy R. Jones has accumulated 630.8 hours of sick leave and is
entitled to payment for same, and
WHEREAS, Billy R. Jones has earned and is entitled to one twenty-four
hour day vacation pay, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
Billy R. Jones be paid the total sum of $5,197.33 being payment in full
for above mentioned sick leave and earned vacation, and that the Finance
Director be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered and ordered to draw
a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the same to Billy R. Jones.
PASSED and adopted by City Council on the 4th day of August, 1980, approved
