RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF KLINGAMAN PARK ADDITION, WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
WHEREAS, on this day of _ r , 1980, at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the
Preliminary Plat of KLINGAMAN PARK ADDITION, WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA,
was presented for approval , and
WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been previously submitted to and has
been approved by the Waterloo City Plan and Program Commission, and
WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been considered and should receive
the approval of this Council ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, that the Preliminary Plat of KLINGAMAN PARK ADDITION , WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA, be and it is hereby approved, and the Mayor and the
City Clerk of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, are hereby authorized and directed
to certify and affix their signature to said Resolution.
