RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR ANTIOCH BAPTIST
CHURCH.
WHEREAS, Antioch Baptist Church has proposed that the
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa , approve a site plan for
an addition to Antioch Baptist Church located at the southwest
co -ner of Sumner and Ja kson Streets and legally described as
follows:
Lots 1 and 2,Block 2,Manson 's Sub-Division and Lots 1-6
and 11,Block 6,Howrey and McWilliams Sub-Division,,City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Whereas, a public hearing was held on August 18, 1980, at
7 :00 P.M. in the Council Chambers in City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa,
as provided by law, by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
on the proposal to approve said above mentioned site plan, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said site
plan should be approved as proposed, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the site plan for an addition to Antioch Baptist Church
loated at the Southwest corner of Sumner and Jackson Streets , be
and the same is hereby approved.
Passed and adoptea this 18th day of August 1980,approved
by the Mayor this nth day of August, i980
