RESOLUTION OVERRULING THE OBJECTIONS TO CONSTRUCTION
OF SIDEWALKS ON PARK LANE UNDER THE 1981 PARK LANE
SIDEWALK PROGRAM, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK
HAWK COUNTY, IOWA, KNOWN AS CONTRACT NO. 207.
WHEREAS, a Resolution of Necessity proposing the construction
of sidewalks on certain streets and avenues or portions thereof
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as set out in Resolution No.
27095, was proposed to this Council , approved by it , and notice
of pendency thereof ordered given on the 7th day of July, 1980,
and ,
WHEREAS, at the time fixed for the consideration of said
resolution, oral objections were made by:
1) Mr. Jim Neuman, 403 Park Lane
and written objections were filed by:
1) Jim Farkas, 105 Park Lane
2) Arthur W. Bernett, 411 Park Lane
3) James A. Neuman, 403 Park Lane
4) Weldon G. Fox, 225 Park Lane
5) Francis Camarata, 501 Park Lane
6) Reinhard Boeschen, 3039 Saratoga
7) E. Marie Pederson, 305 Park Lane
8) Mary K. Williams, 305 Park Lane
9) La Vern Fischels, 425 Park Lane
10) Marvin Miller, 141 Park Lane
WHEREAS, this Council has fully considered said objections
and finds that the said objections are without merit and should
be overruled, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the said objections as listed above be, and the same are
hereby overruled.
