RESOLUTION ADOPTING RESOLUTION OF NECESSITY, (AS PROPOSED) .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Proposed Resolution of Necessity introduced at a meeting of
this Council on July 7, 1980, for the construction of sidewalks under
F. Y. 1981 Park Lane Sidewalk Program, Contract No. 207, described in
said proposed Resolution of Necessity, notice having been given as
required by law for hearing thereon, be and the same is hereby adopted,
(as proposed) , and all objections filed having been fully considered and
are hereby overruled.
Passed and approved, this 18th day of August, 1980.
