RESOLUTION DIRECTING ENGINEER TO PREPARE DETAILED
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND DIRECTING ATTORNEY TO
PREPARE FORM OF CONTRACT AND NOTICE TO BIDDERS ON
THE PARK LANE SIDEWALK PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. 207.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Ralph Anderson, Engineer, is hereby ordered and directed to
prepare and file with the Clerk detailed plans and specifications for
the construction of the F.Y. 1981 Park Lane Sidewalk Program, Contract
#207.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Attorney is hereby ordered and di-
rected to prepare and file with the Clerk a Notice to Bidders and form
of contract for the construction of F.Y. 1981 Park Lane Sidewalk Pro-
gram, Contract No. 207.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of August, 1980.
