RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING TO
BE GIVEN ON AMENDMENTS TO ORDINANCE NO. 2479,AS AMEND-
ED, ZONING ORDINANCE,AT 7:00 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL
CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING CLERK TO PUBLISH
THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 7 :00 o 'clock P.M. on the 8th day of September,
1980 for thepurpose of considering and acting upon amendments to
Ordinance No. 2479 , as amended, Zoning Ordinance, as follows :
1. Changes in requirements relating to a accessory buildings,
2 . reducing the number of parking spaces required for retail
stores , super markets , drugs and sundries stores, depart-
ment stores, etc . ,
3. Changes in parking requirements for fast food restaurants,
and
4. Changes in the resubmittal times for requests denied by
the Council.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE Council of the City of Waterloo,Iowa,
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 18th day of August, 1980 .
