RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING TO BE
GIVEN ON APPLICATION OF GAYLE HARRISON TO REZONE FROM
"R-2" ONE AND TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO "C-Z"
CONDITIONAL ZONING A PARCEL OF LAND GENERALLY LOCATED
EAST OF CEDAR BEND AVENUE AND NORTH OF NORTHEY STREET
AS SEPTEMBER 15, 1980, AT 7:00 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL
CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING CLERK TO PUBLISH
THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet in the Council
Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 7:00 P.M.

Black Hawk County, Iowa.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk
is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
