RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PAY ESTIMATE NO I
DATED JULY 28,1980,FROM IRVING F. JENSEN COMPANY INC.
FOR WORK PERFORMED AND MATERIAL FURNISHED FOR WEST
RIDGEWAY GRADING,FEDERAL PROJECT NO M-6500(2) --81-07
CONTRACT NO. 165 AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT ACCORDINGLY .
WHEREAS , Irving F. Jensen Company Inc . ,Sioux City,Iowa, has
performed work and furnished material in connection with West
Ridgeway Grading Federal Project No. M-6500(2) --81-07 Contract No.
165 ,in the City of Waterloo,Iowa end
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said services rendered by
the said Irving F. Jensen Compnay Inc . ,as shown on Engineer 's state-
ment dated July 28, 1980 is $57 , 154. 65 ,now,therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
that Irving F. Jensen Company Inc . ,be paid the sum or $57 ,154. 65
being payment for the statement dated July 28, 1980,on said contract
for services rendered in connection with the West Ridgeway Grading
Federal Project No. M-6500 (2) --81-07 ,Contract No 165,in the City
of Waterloo ,Iowa,and the Finance Director,be,and he is hereby,
authorized,impowered,and oraered to draw a warrant acco _.dingly for
said sum and deliver the same to the said Irving F. Jensen Company
Inc . ,of Sioux City, Iowa.
