RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PAY ESTIMATE NO 2
DATED AUGUST 6 ,1980 ,FROM CHRISTENSEN BROTHERS, INC FOR
WORK PERFORMED AND MATERIAL FURNISHED FOR SHAULIS ROAD
BRIDGE PROJECT,FEDERAL PROJECT NO M-6470(1) --81-07
CONTRACT NO.200 AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, Christensen Brothers Inc . Cherokee, Iowa, has per-
formed work and furnished material in connection with Shaulis Road
Bridge Project Federal Project No. M-6470(1) --18-07 Contract No.
200,in the City of Waterloo, Iowa and
WHEREAS,the amount of the cost for said services rendered by
the said Christensen Brothers Inc . ,as shown on Engineer 's state-
ment dated August 6,1980 is $102 , 690 .47 , now,therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,I0WA:
That Christensen Brothers Inc . ,be paid the sum of $102 ,690 .47
being payment for the statement dated August 6,1980,on said :ontra :t
for services rendered in connection with che Shaulis Road Bridge
Project Federal Project No. M-6470(1) --81-07 Contract No. 200 In
the City of Waterloo,Iowa, and the Finance Director,be,and he is
hereby,authorized,empowered, and ordered to draw a warrant accord-
ingly for said sum and deliver the same to the said Christensen
Brothers Inc . ,of Waterloo .
Passed and adopted this 25th day of August 1980 .
