RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING TO
BE GIVEN ON AMENDMENTS TO ORDINANCE NO 2479 ,AS AMEND-
ED, ZONING ORDINANCE,AS SEPTEMBER 8 ,1980 ,AT 7 :00 P.M.
IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING
CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS , the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 7 :00 o 'clock P.M. the 15th day of September,
1980 for the purpose of considering and acting upon amendments to
Ordinance No. 2479,as amended,Zoning Ordinance, by allowing junk
yards and auto salvage yard in a "M-1"Light Industrial District,
"M-2"Heavy Industrial District and "M-2,P" Planned Industrial Dis-
trict by special permit .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA,
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 25th day of August, 1980 .
