RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING
AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE SITE PLAN FOR FAITH
EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN CHURCH, STAGE I, GENERALLY
LOCATED SOUTH EAST OF THE INTERSECTION OF W. 4TH
STREET AND WEST RIDGEWAY AVE. AS SEPTEMBER 22, 1980
AT 7:00 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING
CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 7:00 o'clock P. M. , on the 22nd day of September
1980 for the purpose of considering and acting upon a site plan
for Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church, Stage I, generally located
southeast of the intersection of W. 4th St. and W. Ridgeway Ave. ,
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 2nd day of September, 1980.
