IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING. WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo, Iowa at 7 :00 o 'clock P ,M0 ,on the 22nd day of September, 1980 for the purpose of considering the sale of a parcel between Carriage Hill Drive and University Avenue to Tower Hills Estates, Inc . BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa that the City Clerk is hereby directed to published notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
