BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the contract of Lehman Trucking & Excavating, Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa, for Hackett Road Sanitary Sewer Pumping Station Storage Basin and Controls, Contract No. 206, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayer and City Clerk as of the 2nd day of September, 1980, together with the accompanying bond for the faithful performance of said contract signed by the Merchants Mutual Bonding Company of Des Moines, Iowa, as surety there- on, be, and the same are hereby, approved.
