RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING COURT OFFICER
DEED FOR A PORTION OF BETHEL ST AND DIRECTING THE
RECORDING OF SAME.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, That the Court Officer Deed, dated August 26, 1980, from
National Bank of Waterloo, Conservator of Elizabeth Smith,
conveying unto the City of Waterloo, Iowa, certain real property
described as follows:
EXHIBIT "A"
That part of the Northwest Fractional 1/4 of Section 2,
Township 88 North, Rrnge 13 West of the 5th Principal
Meridian in the City, of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa
described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot 16, Oleson Addition,
Waterloo, Iowa, which also is the Southeast corner of Lot 3,
Bethel Addition6 Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
thence North 89 29' 20" East along the North
line of Oleson Addition, a distance of 30 feet, said North
line also being the South line of Bethel Addition and the
point of beginning; thence continuing North 89° 29' 20"
East a distance of 30 feet along the South line of Bethel
Addition to the Southwest corner of Lot 4, Bethel Addition;
thence South 0° 21' 50" East a distance of 413.89 feet to
the North line of Hurst Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa; thence South 89° 25' 45" West a distance of 30 feet
along the North line of Hurst Addition to the Southeast corner
of Oleson Addition; thence North 0° 21' 50" West a distance
of 413.92 feet along the East line of Oleson Addition to the
point of beginning.
