RESOLUTION APPROVING NOTICE OF INFORMATION
AND AGREEMENT WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Notice of Information and Agreement dated January 19,
2010, concurring with the findings of determination for the
Section 106 Review for the Community Development Block Grant
(CDBG) Program Acquisition/Demolition (Disaster Housing Buyout),
by and between the Iowa Department of Economic Development and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of January, 2010.
