RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FORM
OF CONTRACT,ESTIMATED COST,ETC. ,FOR F.Y.1981 CARRIAGE
HILL RETENTION BASIN,CONTRACT NO. 210
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo,Iowa,
heretofore employed the Robinson Engineering Company,Engineers ,
Waterloo, Iowa,to prepare proposed,specifications and proposed
form of contract for the F.Y . 1981 Carriage Hill Retention Basin,
Contract No . 210 in said City; and
WHEREAS, said engineers have completed the preparation of
said proposed,specifications . and proposed form of contract so far
as the same relate to the F.Y . 1981 Carriage Hill Retention Basin,
Contract No . 210,and has this day placed the same on file with the
City Clerk of the City of Waterloo,Iowa, and after examination and
due consideration thereof by this Council the same appear to be in
compliance with the order of this Council and suitable for the
purpose intended; now,therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA:
Section 1-That said proposed, specifications and proposed
form of contract for the F.Y . 1981 Carriage Hill Retention Basin,
Contract No . 210 be,and the same are hereby approved and ordered
placed on file for public examination.
