F.Y. 1981 SAN MARNAN FRONTAGE ROAD PAVING CONTRACT
N0.208 RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS,SPECIFICATIONS,FORM
OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATED COST
WHEREAS,on the 2nd day of September, 1980,plans specifications
form of contract and estimated cost were filed with the Clerk of
Waterloo,Iowa, for the construction of the"F.Y. 1981 San Marnan
Frontage Road Paving,Contract No. 208',' within the corporate
limits; and
WHEREAS, said plans and specifications are consistent and
in compliance with the final grades heretofore established by
ordinance for all streets to be improved;and
WHEREAS, notice of hearing on plans , specifications, form
of contract , and estimated cost was published as required by law:
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO,IOWA:
That the said plans,specifications, form of contract and
estimated cost are hereby approved as the plans,specifications,
form of contract and estimated cost for said improvements for
said project .
Passed and approved, this 2nd day of September, 1980 .
