RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CANCELLATION OF CERTIFICATE
NO. 65-0026947 UNDER 1979 OILING PROGRAM,CONTRACT NO0I
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is
desirous of cancelling Certificate No. 65-0026947 under 1979 Oiling
Program,Contract No. I rtow,therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the assessments levied under Certificate No. 65-0026947
of the 1979 Oiling Program, Contract No. I, be and the same are
hereby cancelled, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT THE CITY CLERK be and he is
hereby directed to notify the County Auditor of the Cancellation
of Certificate No. 65-0026947 under 1979 Oiling Program,Contract
No. I .
Passed and adopted this 8th day of September, 1980,approved
by the Mayor this 10th day of September,1980 .
