RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTRACT AND BOND OF CEDAR
VALLEY CORPORATION OF WATERLOO,IOWA,FOR F.Y. 1981
HIGHLAND PARK AREA SIDEWALK PROGRAM,CONTRACT NO. 203
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA,
that the contract of Cedar Valley Corporation, of Waterloo,Iowa,
for F.Y. 1981 Highland Park. Area Sidewalk Program, Contract No.
203 in the City of Waterloo,Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of
Waterloo,Iowa,by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 9th day of
September,1980,together with the accompanying bond for the faith-
ful performance of said contract signed by the Merchants Mutual
Bonding Company of Des Moines,Iowa,as surety thereon,be,and the
same are hereby approved.
Passed and adopted this 8th day of September,1980.
