B-79-AA-19-0004 BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AND THE U.S . DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT. WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, has filed an application with the Department of Housing and Urban Development for funding unuer Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended,and WHEREAS, said application has been approved by the Department of Housing and Urban Development in the amount of $4, 630 ,000, NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITT COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA: That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute en amendment to the Urban Development Action Grant Contract No. B-79-AA-19-0004, by and between the City of Waterloo, Iowa and the U.S .
