RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ENGINEERING AGREEMENT WITH
ROBINSON ENGINEERING COMPANY FOR DESIGN OF STREET
IMPROVEMENTS IN THE EDISON NEIGHBORHOOD STRATEGY AREA
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAME BY MAYOR AND CLERK.
WHEREAS, engineering services for Design of Street Improve-
ments Hartman Avenue,Upton Avenue,Kern Street ,Lincoln Street ,and
Reed Street in the City of Waterloo,Iowa,are needed, now,therefore.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,I0WA,
that the Engineering Services Contract dated September 8,1980 for
the Design of Street Improvements on Hartman Avenue,Upton Avenue,
Kern Street,Lincoln Street and Reed Street by and between Robinson
Engineering Company,of Waterloo,Iowa, and the City of Waterloo,Ima,
be and the same is hereby approved,and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 8th day of September, 1980 .
