RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION AND
FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE WORK,AS TO WORK AND MATERIALS
FURNISHED BY LEHMAN TRUCKING AND EXCAVATING,INC. ,FOR
SANS SOUCI DRIVE SANITARY SEWER PROGRAM,CONTRACT NO0192
AND ACCEPTING THE WORK.
WHEREAS, Lehman Trucking and Excavating Inc . of Waterloo,Icw a,
have under contract with the City of Waterloo,Iowa,and furnished
certain materials and performed labor in connection with Sans Souci
Drive Sanitary Sewer Program,Contract No. 192,in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa,and
WHEREAS, the Certificate of Completion and Final Acceptance
of the work submitted by the Engineers, certifying that the work
on this project has now been completed by said contractors ,now,
therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA:
that the Certificate of Completion and the Final Acceptance of the
work submitted by the Engineers ,be approved,the work of Lehman
Trucking and Excavating !nc . ,Waterloo, Iowa,accepted,and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized and directed to execute said Certificate.
Passed and adopted this 22nd day of September,1980 .
