RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTRACT AND BOND OF YOUNGBLUT
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY,INC. ,OF WASHBURN,IOWA,FOR F.Y. 1981
SAN MARNAN FRONTAGE ROAD PAVING PROGRAM,CONTRACT NO. 208 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA,
that the contract of Youngblut Construction Company, Inc . ,of Washburn,
Iowa,for F.Y. 1981 San Marnan Frontage Road paving Program Contract
No 208 in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa,by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 22nd
day of September, 1980, together with the accompanying bond for the
faithful performance of said contract signed by the United Fire and
Casualty Company of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, as surety thereon,be and the
same are hereby approved.
Passed and adopted this 22nd day of September, 1980.
