FALLS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. ,FOR SECTION I;CEDAR
VALLEY CORPORATION FOR SECTION 2 ;SEE ELECTRIC FOR
SECTIONS 3 AND 4 FOR UDAG PROJECT PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS,
PHASE II,SECTIONS 1,2 ,3,and 4 CONTRACT NO. 178.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA,
that the following contracts for UDAG Project Public Improvements ,
Phase II,Sections 1,2,3,4, Contract No. 178,in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo,Iowa by the Mayor
and the City Clerk as of the 22nd day of September,1980,together
with the following accompanying bonds for the faithful performance
of said contract as surety thereon,be,and the same are hereby
approved:
