RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE STATEMENT DATED
SEPTEMBER 9, 1980 FROM BRICE,PETRIDES AND ASSOCIATES INC.
ENGINEERS, FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR HACKETT ROAD
SANITARY SEWER PUMPING STATION STORAGE BASIN AND CONTROLS
CONTRACT NO. 206,AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT ACCORDINGLY .
WHEREAS,Brice,Petrides and Associates Inc . ,Engineers ,Waterloo ,
Iowa have rendered engineering services in connection with the
Hackett Road Sanitary Sewer Pumping Station Storage Basin and Controls
Contract No. 206 in the City of Waterloo,Iowa,and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering services
rendered by the said Brice,Petrides and Associates Inc . ,as shown
in their statement dated September 9 , 1980 is $8,811.98,now,therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA:
that Brice Petrides and Associates Inc . ,be paid the sum of $8,811 .98
being payment for the statement dated September 9 ,1980,on said
contract for engineering services rendered in connection with the
Hackett Road Sanitary Sewer Pumping Station Storage Basin and Controls
Contract No. 206,in the City of WaterLoo, Iowa,and the Finance
Director,be,and he is hereby,authorized, empowered ana ordered to
draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the same to
Brice,Petrides and Associates Inc . ,of Waterloo,Iowa.
