RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING AND STATEMENT DATED
SEPTEMBER 9, 1980,FROM BRICE,PETRIDES AND ASSOCIATES INCQ
ENGINEERS,FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR BRIDGE PAINTING
AND REPAIR-FALLS AVENUE BRIDGES, PARK AVENUE BRIDGE,
EIGHTEENTH STREET BRIDGE, AND ELEVENTH STREET BRIDGE ,
AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, Brice,Petrides and Associates Inc . ,Engineers ,Waterloo,
Iowa have rendered engineering services in connection with the
Bridge Painting and Repair- Falls Avenue Bridge,Park Avenue Bridge,
Eighteenth Street Bridge, and Eleventh Street Bridge, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa,and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering services ,
rendered by the said Brice,Petrides and Associates Inc . as shown
in their statement date September 9 , 1980,is $6,516.58, now,therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA:
that Brice,Petrides ,and Associates Inc . be paid the sum 'of .$6,516 . 58
being payment for the statement dated September 9 ,1980,on said
contract for engineering services rendered in connection with the
Bridge Painting and Repair-Falls Avenue Bridge,Park Avenue Bridge,
Eighteenth Street Bridge, and Eleventh Street Bridge,in the City
of Waterloo,Iowa,and the Finance Director,be,and he is hereby,
authorized,empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for
said sum and deliver the same to Brice,Petrides and Associates Inc .
of Waterloo, Iowa.
