RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE STATEMENT DATED
SEPTEMBER 9 , 1980,FROM BRICE PETRIDES,AND ASSOCIATES
INC0 ,ENGINEERS,FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR DRY RUN
CREEK FLOOD CONTROL WORKS,CONTRACT NO. 99A AND AUTHOR-
IZING PAYMENT ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, Brice,Petrides and Associates Inc . ,Engineers ,Waterloo,
Iowa have rendered engineering services in connection with the
Dry Run Creek Flood Control Works,Contract No. 99A in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa,and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering services ,
rendered by the said Brice,Petrides ,and Associates Inc . ,as shown
in their statement dated September 9 , 1980 , is $6, 636 . 16,now,therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA:
that Brice,Petrides and Associates Inc . ,be paid the sum of $6, 636 . 16
being payment for the statement dated September 9 , 1980,on said
contract for engineering services rendered in connection with the
Dry Run Creek Flood Control Works ,Contract No. 99A in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa,and the Finance Director,be,and he is hereby,author-
ized,empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said
sum and deliver the same to Brice,Petrides and Associates Inc . ,of
Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 22nd day of September 1980 .
